Payment Processing
'My Pretty Photo' is an Irish registered company.
Our preferred payment processor is PayPal.
All payments are processed via PayPal's Irish Verified policies.
All transactions are highly confidential and guaranteed by PayPal.
PayPal is the world’s leading merchant gateway, trusted by millions of customers all over the world.

No credit card information is given to ‘My Pretty Photo’ at any stage.

What does PayPal Irish Verified mean?
This is an internal procedure done by PayPal for a number of security reasons.
When a company fulfils all the necessary requirements, transactions can be unlimited and, as per normal, fully guaranteed.  

Are there any other payment methods except PayPal?
Of course.

What currencies do you use?
We're located in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, and all payments are automatically converted to euros.

How long does it take for an order to be completed?
That depends entirely on the specific order.
Rush orders can be completed in a matter of hours, but generally speaking all orders must be completed within a week at maximum.
Please note: in some cases 'Rush Orders' may be subject to a 20% price increase.

What about refunds?
We believe in total satisfaction of the customer, including the guarantee of a full refund.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with our services, you have 30 days to make a claim.
Full amount will be refunded to you via the original payment method.

Please note: in cases where the photo had been already retouched, printed and sent to the customer by post, the customer must first return the image to us, by mail. Upon receiving, we will start the process of refunding the full costs.

Please note: we may need to ask a few questions, 'How can we improve?' or 'What went wrong?', but this is done only for internal information purposes and does not interfere with the refund process.

And what about Re-Do's?
At 'My Pretty Photo' customer satisfaction is our first and foremost priority. We do not stop working on an image until you are perfectly happy with the result.

We offer a 're-do' policy for as many times as it takes to reach your desired end result.
