Terms and Conditions of Services

Welcome to "My Pretty Photo" photo atelier! We are delighted to have you here and we will do our best to satisfy each and every one of your wishes.
To ensure that the process is as pleasant as it is efficient, please spend a moment reading our Terms and Conditions.

By using our site and placing an order you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions :

Copyrights
- by submitting images to ‘My Pretty Photo’ you authorize us to perform requested work on the images. All photographs are accepted under the understanding that you own the copyrights, or that permission has already been obtained from the owner. We will not be liable for any such copyright infringement.

Prices
- although we're trying very hard to keep prices at the lowest possible, changes can occur from time to time. "My Pretty Photo" reserves the right to change prices if necessary.
However, customers will be given prior notice and no booked orders will be altered.

Registration
To be accepted for a paid service you must register and provide us with accurate information: your name, contact details and a valid e-mail address.

Orders
- All your originals will be left intact. No alterations will be applied to the original photos.

- Orders must be clearly detailed and accompanied with enough information for our team to fulfil the specified request. Communication between My Pretty Photo and the customer must be opened at all times.

- Once work has been completed we will e-mail a proof to you. Only after your final approval we will print or send the final photo.

- The time frame for completing an order is between 3 – 5 days via e-mail, and 10 – 14 days by post. All photos by post will be sent via registered mail, and although all care will be taken, My Pretty Photo can not be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage incurred during delivery.  In the event that your delivery fails to arrive, we can, however, re-print and re-send the photos to you at only the cost of posting.

- Urgent orders are accepted at an extra 20 % charge.

- After the work has been completed we keep your photos on our servers for a period of one month. Any queries, refunds or requests must be submitted within the 30 days time frame. After that, your photos will be deleted.

Refunds and Guarantee
- We guarantee all manual work. We refrain from using automated commands and only employ the latest and most sophisticated software. All your photos will be evaluated and retouched manually by a professional photographer.

- We guarantee that every photo send to us will return to the customer at a much higher quality. However, to achieve truly amazing results the original photo must meet the following requirements :
- a file of at least 500 Kb
- strong and clear focus
- other specific conditions required by the chosen option (head-shot, straight angle, profile and so on)

- Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee your satisfaction and we’ll try our best to achieve the result desired. Redo requests will be applied as many times as necessary until the customer is completely satisfied. However, in the unlikely event that the final result is still not acceptable, we offer a full refund policy. The time frame is 30 days from the day of the order was submitted.
- If the photo was sent to you via e-mail, the refund will be applied immediately.
- If the photo was printed and sent via post, the customer must first send the photo back to us. All charges will then be refunded in full. 

 Privacy Protection
- Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell or share your personal information with other people or any other third parties. All personal information is held in strict confidence and it is to be used only in conjunction with your orders and requests. Any information regarding your order or account is protected by the Data Protection Law and will not be shared with anybody else.

- Credit Card numbers are processed entirely by PayPal. No credit card information is taken or stored by 'My Pretty Photo'.

Termination of Contract
- My Pretty Photo will not accept any harming, defamatory, threatening, or hateful work. We will not process or transmit any images that depict child abuse, sexual acts with minors, the harming of animals, or any other obscene, objectionable or unlawful material.

- The customer shall not upload or e-mail any material that contains software viruses designed to interrupt or destroy the functionality of our servers.

- In cases of unacceptable actions ‘My Pretty Photo’ reserves the right to terminate the account with no fulfilment of the order.

Please note
"My Pretty Photo" reserves the right to change any of the Terms and Conditions listed above with no prior notice.
